Beskrivelse: Flanders Red with rooibos tea and damson plum, combining 80% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer brewed with a rooibos tea and aged in a stainless steel for six months. A portion of around 20% ‘mature’ stock beer was aged in neutral whisky casks for an average of one year. This blend was then refermented and conditioned on 100g/l damson plums and rhubarb juice.
