A rice lager originally made with Odd Colony from Pensacola, Florida. Something a little different, this rice lager was co-fermented with lager yeast and sake kasu from The Sparkling Sake Brewery in Little Downham before lagering for eight weeks. The beer has notes of citrus and rice and has a light bitterness, it is spritzy, super dry and refreshing.
