Christmas on Fire 2025 is a west coast IPA, brewed to save your palate from the heavy foods and sweet pastries that come with Christmas. The beer is dry and crisp, as a West Coast IPA should be, with an assertive bitterness. This year’s version is hopped with Athanum, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a dank, citrusy, and piney hop character.
